Eva Prichystalova

from the Czech Republic, (32 years old), star sign: Pisces ☺
 

Has been actively practising yoga for the past 7 years. ‘I became a teacher when I realized I wanted other people feel what I feel when I do yoga. Thanks to my active nature, dynamic yoga styles with emphasis on breath suit me the most.  Although, there are days when I humbly surrender to slower yoga types. Morning practise charge me up with energy and give me enough power to flow through the entire day effortlessly. Evening classes are soothing and prepare the body and mind for a quality good night sleep.

Except for yoga, I love scuba diving. It is a great pleasure for me to show people the beauty of underwater world. Moreover, yoga and scuba diving are directly connected. Both emphasise the importance of breath and necessity of relaxation in order to do them right.

Even though practising on one’s own is great, I prefer collective yoga practise and meditation. The more candles the greater enlightenment ☺

Meditation and Sahaja yoga is inseparable part of my life. I truly believe meditation can sort all your problems out and give you Yoga=Unity.

My name is Carolina and I am Italian.
Certificate as Alliance  Hatha Yoga Teacher, in Rishikesh Yog Peeth.

I have been practicing yoga for nine years. I started doing yoga because
I  experienced problems whit my neck, spine and hips.

From the start I appreciated the benefits, not just physical but  also on a mental and spiritual level. So much that yoga has became a daily necessity.

Over the years I have tried varies forms of yoga, such as Hatha yoga, Flow yoga, Birkam yoga and Dhan yoga.

The positive experience I had by doing yoga regularly, lead me to undertake a teacher training course in Traditional Hatha yoga in order to teach yoga and share the benefits of this practice.

My class on Flow Hatha yoga is structured to promote relaxation for body and mind.

My aim is to create a save, relaxing and joyful environment in which people can come to explore their body, reconnect whith themselves,build there inner strenght, stretch and relax.

 

MEET MARCUS 

DODD

Marcus Andre Dodd (also known as MAD) was born in New York, resides in Chicago and Gran Canaria, but is a citizen of the World. Marcus is both a Student as well as a Teacher, deriving and constructing his knowledge from a variety of sources. 

 

Marcus is a graduate of Harvard University and has practiced yoga consistently for more than 4 years in a variety of studios, completed his 200-hour yoga teacher training at Core Power Yoga in Chicago.   Marcus is currently completing his 500-hour yoga certification at Prana Pure on Gran Canaria.

Realizo diversos viajes de estudios a India y Nepal para contactar y profundizar con los orígenes del yoga y la cultura de estos países. ANOUSCHKA

Already in her early Childhood Anouschka came in contact with different Yoga traditions.  Since her first visit in India in the age of 17,  she dedicated herself to the the eight fold path of Yoga of Patanjali (Ashtanga Yoga).

In this context she has practiced daily Yoga Asana (Postures), Meditation, chanting of Mantras and the study of Sanskrit texts. Since then she returned regularly to India, to deepen her daily Yoga Practice.

In 2010 Anouschka completed her intensive studies as International Teacher of Yoga and Vedanta 700h in South India (RYS - International Registered Yoga School und YA – Yoga Alliance of Europe).

Her teachers were Sharath Rangaswamy in Mysore/India, Manju Jois in Europe. Then Anouschka was committed to another intensive training for Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in Ashtanga Yoga Canarias, Las Palmas/Gran Canaria, Spain. There she taught Primary Series, preparatory Yoga sessions for Ashtanga Vinyasa and Pregnancy Yoga until she opened in the South of the island her own Yogashala Maspalomas® in the beginning of 2013.

Other teachers she studied with are Dena Kingsberg, Michael Hamilton, Kino Mc Gregor, Tim Feldmann and more.

Until today she continues practicing with competend Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teachers, practicing in Intermediate Series.

Since 2011 Anouschka teaches not only Traditional Ashtanga Yoga for adults and young people, but also Hatha Flow Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Private lessons. Since 2015 she successfully holds Yoga Retreats on the Canary Islands. Additionally she guides students during their Yoga Teachers Trainings in Asana practice, Yoga Philosophy, Pranayama and Meditation.

With precise instructions and hands-on adjustments, knowledge in Yoga Philosophy and with her sense of humour, Anouschka inspires her students to refine and deepen their individual practice.

She loves teaching and puts great value on awareness during practice and properly applied techniques, deliberate practice orientation and philosophy.

Besides her daily Yoga Practice over many years, Anouschka offers profound experience in the philosophy of Yoga, which she started to study in India and which then became the study of her life. Therefore her lessons stand out especially as a holistic Yoga practice, which fuses and integrates physical Yoga practice with ancient spirituality.

Nushas Mattenzauber ist besonders gut geeignet für Yoga Anfänger & 50plus & Wiedereinsteiger! In dieser Yoga-Klasse werden die sanften und einfachen Asanas (Übungen) länger gehalten. Das fördert die Geduld mit Dir selbst und wirkt wohltuend und vor allem entschleunigend auf Körper, Geist und Seele. Der gesamte Muskel-/Bandapparat sowie das tiefe Bindegewebe werden gedehnt. Die Gelenke, insbesondere die Hüften, werden geöffnet, der Energiefluss harmonisiert und Blockaden gelöst.  Es kommt auch hier wie immer beim Yoga darauf an, wie relaxt Du in einem Asana (Übung) sein kannst und nicht wer den Zeh am höchsten kriegt!  Meist morgens  werden die Basics geübt: Pranayama (Atmen), Sonnengruß, verschiedene Asanas und die Endentspannung. Du erlernst, (wieder) eine Verbindung zum Körper und zum Atem herzustellen und somit mehr im Hier & Jetzt zu sein.
